TREASURE HUNTS: "New York, New York"

Do you like adventure? Do you recognize this picture? Have you enjoyed your first Treasure Hunt? Really? Then check out this one about New York. Click on this link and follow the treasure hunt. Write down your answers in a word and post them as comments. Then, in groups of 4, choose any city you like from around the world! Finally, create your own treasure hunt for the rest of your classmates. Come on! Show your favourite city to the class.

DIFFERENT ROLES IN EVERY GROUP:

Each one will have a different charge and responsability. There will be a:

SPEAKER: make sure every voice is heard, present the group’s work to the class and focus work around the learning task

WRITER: note down all the ideas and write on the board during the presentation.

Avui és un dia negre... La Vicky ens ha deixat!

Aquesta és la frase que hi havia escrita aquesta tarda a la pissarra de la sala de professors. Si, lamentablement, la Victòria Santaulària, la nostra companya de Tecnologia del IES Pau Vila, ens ha deixat avui. 

Ha sigut així, sobtadament, sense preavís ni símptomes de cap tipus. Tot i que, per moltes senyals d'alarma que haguéssim pogut detectar abans, ningú no s'hagués pogut arribar a imaginar mai que avui seria l'últim dia que podríem veure la Vicky. I de totes maneres, per molt que ho haguéssim pogut sospitar amb antelació, tampoc no s'hi hauria pogut fer res.

Avui, però, no deixo de pensar en ella: en les seves conyes que sempre et feia si et creuaves amb ella pel passadís, en aquell somriure amable amb que sempre et rebia quan la cridaves per consultar-li alguna cosa, en aquella manera directa i sincera que tenia de dir-te les coses que sempre t'acabaven fent riure... Sempre recordaré una frase mítica d'ella: "Tu, nen, identifica't". Tenia unes sortides molt bones i molt espontànies.

Realment, tenia una visió molt clara de les coses i era una persona que es feia estimar per tothom, pel seu caràcter alegre i optimista. L'única cosa que em sap greu, és no haver tingut més temps per poder-la conèixer més a fons, ja que només hem pogut ser companyes des del setembre... Però tot i així, era una persona tan sociable i extrovertida que des del primer moment ja ens vam avenir. No diré ara que erem grans amigues perquè us mentiria, però si us puc dir que és la típica persona amb qui t'agradava estar a la sala de mestres o trobar-te pel passadís, amb qui sempre et paraves a intercanviar quatre paraules, ni que fos un simple: "Buff, aquestes escales cada cop costen més de pujar", com van ser les últimes paraules que ens vam poder dir abans d'entrar a la seva última classe.

Malauradament, avui és un dia ben negre, ja que ens ha deixat no només una companya de feina, sinó també una mare, una esposa, una filla... En definitiva, una gran persona.
